Jason Todd, declared dead years ago, reportedly seen alive.

Authorities have no explanation.
GOTHAM CITY, 11:47 P.M. — Gotham has seen its share of impossible things. Tonight, however, the impossible may have come back wearing a red helmet. Multiple witnesses reported seeing the vigilante known as Red Hood on Crime Alley late Tuesday night, less than twenty-four hours after police recovered what they initially believed to be his body.
The problem?
The body was identified as formally 15 year old Jason Todd.
Todd, a former partner of Batman, was officially declared dead 6 years ago following a violent attack. His death has long remained one of Gotham’s most painful and controversial tragedies.
Police have refused to comment on the circumstances surrounding his apparent return.
One officer, speaking anonymously, described the scene as “deeply disturbing.”
“He was standing there. Breathing. Talking. He looked exactly like Todd. Just older?”
Witnesses claim Red Hood appeared confused when asked how he was alive. Others say he seemed angry. One witness reported that he repeatedly asked what year it was before disappearing into the alley.Batman has not issued a statement.
